Privacy policy

1. Data controller

The administrator of personal data is operating under the Gi Group brand, the company Work Service S.A. with headquarters in Wrocław, Sky Tower ul. Gwiaździsta 66, 53-413 Wrocław, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000083941 (hereinafter: the "Administrator") and Companies from the Work Service Capital Group i.e .:

The personal data administrator and the owner of the www.workservice.com  website makes every effort to protect the privacy of people using its websites.

In order to implement the principle of lawful, reliable and transparent processing of your personal data when using our services, we adopt a document called the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy defines how we care for your personal data and your rights.

 

2. The meaning of terms used in the privacy policy

GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on the protection of data).

Website or Websites - websites belonging to Work Service S.A., within which we provide our services. The websites are located at the following addresses: www.workservice.com

User not logged in - an adult natural person who uses the services offered by Work Service S.A. on Websites that do not require an Account.

4. Purposes of processing your Personal Data and legal grounds for processing

The Data Administrator processes personal data provided via the contact form located on websites belonging to Work Service S.A. to:

a.providing answers to the extent indicated by you indicated in the Contact Form. The processing of personal data contained therein is based on your consent (in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR);

b. marketing and promotion of products and services - if consent is given (in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR);

c. sending commercial information (in accordance with art.10 par.2 u.ś.u.d.e. and art.6 par.1 lit.

d. use of telecommunications terminal equipment for direct marketing purposes if consent is given (Article 172 of the Telecommunications Act of July 16, 2004 and Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR).

Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use the functionality of the form. Failure to provide personal data will result in the inability to contact, respond, send an offer or a proposal for cooperation.

Personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent to such processing.

 

5. Recipients of data

In connection with the processing of data for the purposes indicated in point 4, your personal data may be made available to other recipients, joint administrators or to the categories of recipients of personal data indicated below. The recipients of your data may be:

a. people involved in establishing business relationships and people responsible for IT supervision, supervision over the correctness of business activities, including lawyers

b. processors that process your personal data on behalf of the Administrator on the basis of a contract for entrusting the processing of personal data.

 

6. Rights of data subjects

In connection with the processing of your data by the Data Administrator, you are entitled to:

a. right to access the content of the data, in accordance with art. 15 GDPR - the right to receive confirmation as to whether your personal data is being processed, and if it is processed, you are entitled to access it, obtain a copy of it and obtain the following information: about the purposes of processing, categories of personal data, information about recipients or categories recipients to whom the data has been or will be disclosed, about the period of data storage or the criteria for determining it, about your rights related to the processing of your personal data, about the possibility of lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority, about the source of personal data, if they were not obtained directly from State and on profiling and automated processing of decisions;

b. right to rectify data, in accordance with art. 16 GDPR - if you receive information that your personal data processed by the Data Administrator is incorrect, out of date or incomplete, you have the right to request immediate rectification or supplementation;

c. the right to delete data, in accordance with art. 17 GDPR, however, if you have consented to the processing of personal data, the request for deletion will have the same effect as the withdrawal of consent;

d. the right to limit data processing, in accordance with art. 18 GDPR - you may request the cessation of their processing, except for their storage, in situations where:

• you question the correctness of personal data - for the period in which the Data Administrator will verify their correctness;

• you question the lawfulness of the processing of personal data by the Data Administrator;

• The Data Controller no longer needs this data, but you need it to establish, assert or defend its claims;

• You have objected to the processing - until the Data Administrator makes a decision on the legitimacy of the objection;

e. the right to object to the processing of data, in accordance with art. 21 GDPR;

f. the right to data portability in accordance with art. 20 GDPR - receive in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format personal data that you provided to the Data Administrator, if their processing is based on your consent, or request that this data be sent to another administrator indicated by you.

 

7. Possibility to withdraw consent

In cases where the processing of your data takes place on the basis of consent to the processing of personal data, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, by sending a request to withdraw consent to the e-mail address iod@workservice.pl

 In situations where your data was processed on the basis of consent, withdrawal of consent prevents further use of the services offered by the Website.

 

8. Processing of data outside the territory of the EU

The Data Administrator declares that he will not transfer the entrusted personal data outside the territory of the European Union, unless:

• obtains the written consent of the data subject in advance and will ensure that all obligations under the GDPR regarding the transfer of personal data to third countries are fulfilled.

• the transfer of the data of the data subject will take place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses to the Entity that has undertaken to act in accordance with the GDPR.

 

9. The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

If you believe that the processing of your data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

 

10. Cookies

 

In order to improve the functionality of the Websites, the Administrator declares that it uses the cookie files mechanism.

Cookies are files saved on a device (computer, smartphone, tablet) on which an Internet browser is installed with which the user browses websites.

Cookies used by the Administrator do not store any personal data of the User. The identity of the User is not revealed by means of cookies.

Based on the collected information, the Administrator can create statistics. Statistics are created in a way that does not allow the identification of individual Users. The information collected by the Administrator will not be made available to entities or persons other than those authorized under the provisions of generally applicable law and authorized to administer the Websites.

In any case, the User may block the installation of cookies or delete permanent cookies using the appropriate options of the web browser. In case of problems, it is recommended to consult the browser's help file or contact the browser manufacturer.

 Each User who does not consent to the use of cookies is obliged to modify the web browser settings. The configuration of the User's system enabling the use of cookies means consent to the Administrator storing the information referred to in art. 173 paragraph. 2 of the Act of July 16, 2004 - Telecommunications Law.

 

11. Internet analytics

 

The administrator performs the functions of obtaining information about Users and their behavior in the following way:

• by collecting cookies;

• by using Google Analytics.

The administrator declares that he uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (hereinafter: "Google"). Google Analytics processes cookies containing information about website visits and the User's system profile (including his IP address).

The information mentioned above is transferred to Google and stored on servers located in the United States. Google uses this information to evaluate the use of the Websites by the User, compile reports on traffic on the Websites and provide other services related to traffic on the Websites and the use of the Internet.

Google may also transfer the above information to third parties, if required by law or if third parties process this information on behalf of Google.
