Work Service submitted the prospectus to the Financial Supervision Committee

 

In may 2008 the final draft of the prospectus has been submitted to the Financial Supervision Commission including its previous remarks. Currently the Company expects the approval of the prospectus in order to continue the IPO process.  

 

The company plans to conduct the public offer in the second half of 2008
and to allocate raised funds on among others at acquisition of other companies nationwide and abroad.  

IDMSA Brokerage House is to offer shares of the company, and Celichowski – Szyndler – Więckowska and Partners, Chamber of Barristers and Legal Advisors is to be a legal counsellor.  

 

At the end of 2007 the Work Service Group achieved revenues on sale at the level of 369 million PLN and net profit – 4,2 million PLN. (in 2006, 361 million PLN and 1,6 million net profit). Three private entities: Tomasz Szpikowski, (42.13%), Tomasz Misiak (42,13%) and Tomasz Hanczarek (14,87%) are the leading shareholders of Work Service.  

 

For 8 years of its business activities Work Service has gained the position of the leader at the market of employment agency services in Poland and leading temporary work agency in Central and Eastern Europe.  

We still wish to strengthen our position in this region and within the perspective of several years become the leader at the market of medium-sized specialised employment agencies in Western Europe.
