Work Service S.A. “Business Master” award winner 2011
Businessman.pl magazine presented Work Service S.A. with the “Master of Business” award in the category of Law, Consulting and HR in the second edition of the prestigious competition. Over 50 companies in ten selected categories contended for the distinction in a challenging two stage competition.
Work Service S.A. CEO, Tomasz Hanczarek, accepted the award on behalf of the company during a gala event hosted at the Businessman Institute on May 23, 2011. Mr. Hanczarek stated „Winning the award is additional confirmation that our implemented strategy and development plans for Work Service S.A. are well received by Poland’s business leaders. Securing the distinction of “Master of Business” as well as our imminent IPO is making 2011 a banner year for the Work Service Group”.
The “Master of Business Awards” recognizes and promotes innovative, and ethical standards and conduct in the Polish economy. Businessman.pl magazine’s competition differs from similar contests with a 360 degree review of the entrants that carefully evaluates both the hard facts about a company’s economic performance as well as the "soft" attributes that reveals the enterprise’s core values.
The jury reviewed tangible data, including revenue growth and number of employees as well as the important intangibles such as boldness of vision, originality of ideas, management skills, coping with adversity, conquest of new domestic and international markets, talent in recruiting personnel and overall corporate social responsibility.The jury members that selected the Master of Business award winners are well respected in Poland’s business community and represent leaders at top companies, in government, in the political sphere, media and the law.
The jury roster reflects the prestige of the award and includes such luminaries as Grzegorz Gauden, Wiktor Legowicz, Wiesław Migut, Tadeusz Mosz, prof. Witold Orłowski, Ryszard Petru, Jacek Socha, Janusz Steinhoff, Adam Szejnfeld, Wojciech Szeląg, Józef Wancer, Jacek Ziarno.
