In the Management Board since May 2007 – at the position of Operating Director. Graduate of the Wrocław Academy of Economics, Department of Management and Computer Science. Earlier related to the LC Corp Capital Group where he was Vice-President of the Management Board of Arkady Wrocławskie and participated in creation of the Sky Tower business project. As Marketing and Sale Director in Browary Dolnośląskie PIAST he was accountable for the merger of “Piast” and Carlsberg Okocim Group. He mastered management skills of global projects and sale in Gillette and Duracell. |

| He holds a Honours Degree in Production Engineering, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Cosmetic Science. He has over 22 years experience in blue chip FMCG companies, 12 of these in Russia all at board level. He began his career in heavy engineering at Alvis limited, he then moved on to Johnson and Johnson as Production Manager and Deputy Factory Director, his first taste of the FMCG environment. Then he worked in Mars Confectionary as a Capital Equipment before becoming part of the Mars joint venture project with Pepsi in the UK as the Commercial Manager responsible for the service operating companies. Then he took responsibility for all planning, distribution and customs activities for Mars Ice Cream in Russia. He started to work for Pepsi International Bottlers in 1996 as their Director of Logistics and Purchasing for Central and Eastern Russia. He was responsible for establishing the planning function, purchasing function, customs and distribution function for the newly established operating company, the company grew at record pace and firmly re-established Pepsi in Russia. Subsequently he was recruited by Unilever. As Head of Operations he established a successful operating new Unilever’s business. He also merged four operating divisions in one function and he was instrumental in establishing Unilevers multi category distribution system across Russia./ In 2002 Mr. Knights returned to Europe to become European Supply Director for Sanford Europe, owner of brands such as Parker, Waterman and Paper Mate, the largest writing instrument group in the world and part of Newell Rubbermaid. He returned to Russia in 2004 to establish his own Logistics Consultancy Practice which has led to the creation of a very successful distribution company and to board positions with other concerns. |

Graduate of Management and Computer Science of the Wroclaw Academy of Economics. Trainee of IBM Deutschland, Bosch Deutschland and National Bank of Hungary. He presided over the Supervisory Board of ASPA S.A. (Jsc) where he supervised creation and implementation of the company restructuring and development plan after earlier purchase of majority share package from NFI (National Health Fund) and Skarb Państwa (State Treasure). He was Vice-president of the Management Board of Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy (European Leasing Fund), accountable for strategic management in the field of marketing, sale and consolidation process of EFL and Lukas Bank. At the end of the 90s he was President and General Director of Browary Dolnośląskie “Piast” and earlier a director of a branch of BIG Bank S.A. (Jsc) and BIG S.A. (Jsc). He has dealt with consultancy in creation of restructuring and development plans for large companies, banks and companies providing services at the financial market. |

| Mr. Christodoulou holds an MBA in Finance from New York University, Stern School of Business, a Juris Doctorate from Fordham School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He began his career as an associate with JP Morgan Securities in New York. During that period he was introduced to the New York financial industry and gained an extensive background in Mergers and Acquisitions as well Securitizations, and option pricing models. In 1990, he entered business school where he expanded his knowledge of the financial markets. During business school, he was an officer of the Graduate Finance Association and president of the Stern Golf Association. Upon his graduation in 1994, he began working as an adjunct professor at NYU. In 1996, he graduated from Law School and passed the New York and Florida bar examinations. He is currently licensed to practice in New York and Washington D.C. and is admitted to practice before the Court of International Trade, The First and Second Districts of Federal Court, and the International Trade Administration. In 1996, he joined American Express in the international division of the General Counsel's office. During this time, he specialized in JV contracts, asset securitization, franchising and licensing. In 1998, he transferred to Dewey Ballantine LLP, where he was employed as an International Trade Attorney. During this period he was exposed to foreign trade matters involving steel subsidization and "dumping," below market sales by producers from Russia, Korea, Taiwan, Spain, France ,and Italy. In 2001, he moved to Miami where he subsequently took over the management of his families salty snack distribution network. Relying upon his education and building upon his experience as factory worker (high school) and route salesman (summer position during college), and a financial consultant in the FMCG market (summers during business school), he devised a workout plan for turning around the companies operations. In 2003, he, moved to Russia as a consultant for the US Russia Investment Fund (Delta Capital) where he was tasked with reviewing the operations of their logistics company. In May 2004, he purchased the logistics company from Delta Optical and has focused on improving the operations and diversifying into complementary activities. | |

He is a Graduate of the Academy of Economics in Wrocław where he studied International Economic and Political Relations in the specialisation of Foreign Trade. He also finished MBA post-graduate studies - „Management for Central and Eastern Europe” at the European University of Viadrina in Germany. He is President of the Management Board of Travelplanet.pl S.A. (Jsc). He has worked in the company since its beginning. He dealt with creation of company strategy, planning of business enterprise development, sale and marketing management and investors’ relations. In 2005 he was recognised as one of the 10 best Polish entrepreneurs in the “the Entrepreneur of the Year” rank by Ernst&Young. In the FAST 50 rank by Deloitte, Travelpalnet.pl was assessed as the second most quickly developing technology company in Poland and fourth in this regard in Central Europe. |

| He finished Economy and Political Sciences at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and London School of Economics; at the University of Miami he took his doctor degree in law. He has got more than 23 years of work experience at the FMCG market, including 11 years in Poland and Russia. Currently he has been President of the Prologics Group, specialising in logistics, transport and outsourcing in Russia and Ukraine. Earlier he was Vice-president and Investment Director in US-Russia Investment Fund (Delta Capital Management). He also sat on management boards of several significant companies running their business at the Russian market, among others: Sun-Interbrew, CTC Communications, Saint Springs Water and Lomonosov Porcelain. Before he engaged into work in Russia, he was Vice-president and General Director of Hortex where he was accountable, among others, for restructuring of the company, development of new products and markets and strategic planning. Paul Sofianos has got a vast experience at the international market. So far he has worked in more than 20 countries. |
