Rewards and achievements

Within our 8-year-old business activity we can be proud of many prestigious rewards, which strengthen our position of the leader of Polish temporary market.  

 

Work Service - awarded with the Lower Silesian Economic Certificate.

Work Service S.A. for the third time has been awarded with the Lower Silesian Economic Certificate.  

Lower Silesian Economic Certificate is a document proving the credibility and economic quality. It is granted to entrepreneurs and products by the Lower Silesia province. The aim of this prestigious award is to distinguish and to honour reliable economic entities from Lower Silesia, which develop the region, create and influence the labour market and are the the examples of quality and innovation.  

Receiving of the certificate confirms that we are the leaders of labour market and it underscores the role of Work Service S.A. in the creation of modern employment services.  

 

Work Service - Leader of Consultancy in 2006

In 2007 we were honoured with the statuette of the 2nd edition of the Polish Contests entitled LEADERS OF CONSULTANCY named after Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski. The reward was admitted in the Personnel Consultancy category.  

LEADERS OF CONSULTANCY is the prestigious undertaking, which selects, presents and rewards the best companies running their business at the Polish market. The assessment is performed by the independent Chapter of business experts.  

Work Service among the largest

For the first time Work Service has been placed in the prestigious rank of the 500 largest companies, published annually by the “Polityka” weekly.  

The revenues achieved in 2006 have enabled Work Service to be placed in the group of the 500 largest Polish companies, which undoubtedly are the flagship of the Polish economy. It has achieved 453rd place in the rank, and its high location has been the result of properly chosen strategy of company development, consistency in action and operating efficiency.  

 
 

Teraz Polska

In 2003 Work Service became the laureate of the 13th edition of the “Teraz Polska” Polish Promotion Emblem for its staff leasing. The distinction is granted to companies and products characterised by the highest quality.  

 
 

Leaders of Personnel Consultancy

The beginning of that year brought the company the main reward in the category of Personnel Consultancy in the Polish Rank of Leaders of Personnel Consultancy named after Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski. The rank assessed our results in the scope of consultancy activities. It is especially an important distinction for Work Service Joint-stock Co., emphasising our relatively short (just for several years) - but still appreciated - experience in the field of HR.  

 

ISO 9001 Certificate

Its Quality Management System, which is authorized with ISO 9001 Certificate, is - for our Customers - a guarantee of offering by Work Service an equally high quality of services in all branches of Work Service all over Poland.  

We believe that a constant improvement of our qualifications and skills is a key to constant successes of our Customers. ISO 9001 Certificate is the result of our work for every Customer.  

European Medal

In 2005 we received the prestigious reward by the Office of the Committee for European Integration and Business Centre Club – EUROEPAN MEDAL, distinguishing services which fulfil European standards.  

 

 

The Gazelles of Business

This is the rank of the most dynamically developing small and medium enterprises, organised for the previous 5 years by the “Puls Biznesu” Editorial Office and Coface Intercredit Business Intelligence Agency.  

More than 2000 companies were among the 2004 edition finalists. Work Service was located at the prestigious 2nd place in the region - that is in the Lower Silesian District and at the 23rd place all over Poland. The statuette “Gazelles of Business” for Work Service was taken by Tomasz Szpikowski – President of the Management Board – during the gala, which took place on the 19th of January 2005 in the Modern Theatre in Wrocław.  

 

Brands of the Future

The title is admitted by the Businessman Magazine Editorial Office.  

 

In 2004 we were affiliated with the most outstanding laureates, which the following in common: original ideas for business combined with determination, courage, thinking in the category of business conducted beyond Poland.  

In the justification, the following was highlighted: innovativeness of our services, promotion of modern HR solutions and willingness to compete at the European markets.  

Will the article turn out to be prophetic? We believe so.  

 

 

Leader of the Market

On the basis of regulations and results of comparative assessments of the “2003 Leader of the Market" Promotion Contest in the category of:  

 

COMPANY: LEADER OF THE MARKET – THE BEST COMPANY IN POLAND in the field of personnel consultancy in the scope of staff leasing was received by WORK SERVICE Ltd.  

 

Entrepreneur of the Year

The distinction: “Entrepreneur of the Year” in the category ‘New Business’ for Management Board of Work Service.  

 

The Management Board of the Wrocław company: Work Service - Tomasz Szpikowski – President of the Management Board and Tomasz Misiak – Vice-president of the Management Board received the distinction: “Entrepreneur of the Year” in the category ‘New Business’ admitted during the gall in the Hall of the Wrocław University of Technology.  

 

This prestigious award named Oscars of the Business - with its American heritage and tradition of 18 years - has fallen into the hands of Polish businessmen for the first time. Among48 companies, 9 nominees were selected, among which Work Service - the leader in the scope of staff leasing at the Polish market. Winners were rewarded in 4 categories: production, services, new business and export. And it is the category of new business in which the Presidents of Work Service reached their success!  

 

Leader of Entrepreneurship

This is the reward which we received in 2001 as the only company in the business and the first company of this type in the Lower Silesia. It was admitted by the Small and Medium Enterprises Foundation for: special achievements in the field of entrepreneurship, innovative approach and adjustments of the company to operations at the European market.  

 

Polish success

This is the contests covering the whole Poland, which promotes companies of economic success under the honourable patronage of the Ministry of National Economy, Labour and Social Affairs.
