2001

In 2001 our efforts in creation of the company good image was honoured by the reward “the Leader of Entrepreneurship in 2001”. We were distinguished with this reward by Leszek Miller, the Prime Minister of Poland for innovative approach and adjustment of requirements of European markets.  

2002

To increase reliability and quality of provided services, Work Service gets certificate ISO 9001:2000 in recruitment services and merchandising.  

2003

In 2003 Work Services was awarded above all with the “Teraz Polska” Polish Promotion Emblem, which has been granted to companies and products characterised by the highest quality.  

In 2003 we also received another distinction - the title of” the Market Leader”, which means that we were recognised as the Best Company in Poland in the field of personnel consultancy in the scope of staff leasing.  

2004

Work Service joined Business Centre Club, and also the Confederation of Polish Employers. We continued our efforts to gain a position of the leader among temporary work agencies in Poland, as well as we developed our foreign offices. Also in 2003 the “Businessman Magazine”, prestigious in the business circles, awarded us with the title of the Brand of the Future.  

2005

That year begun well - the „Puls Biznesu” journal noted us at the 23rd position in the Polish rank entitled “Gazelles of the Business” for the most dynamically developing enterprises. Also Business Centre Club notices our efforts at the European markets and rewarded us with the European Medal. We also initiated the establishment and joined the Association of Employment Agencies, the organisation associating the trade of employment agencies. We wish to create ethic standards, exchange of experience and effective representation among legislative circles.  

2006

We started 2006 with a change of the company status to Work Service Joint-stock Co. At the beginning of that year, the company was also awarded with the reward: “The Leader of Personnel Consultancy” in the Polish Rank of Leaders of Personnel Consultancy named after Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski.  

We are actively involved in the programme of employment of the handicapped, organising a lot of dedicated job fairs. In November the Chapter of Dolnośląski Economic Certificate presided by the Marshal of the Dolnośląskie Voivodship decided to distinguish our company with the regional certificate of quality and economic credibility.  

2007

For the first time Work Service has been placed in the prestigious rank of the 500 largest companies, published annually by the “Polityka” weekly. The revenues achieved in 2006 have enabled Work Service to be placed in the group of the 500 largest Polish companies, which undoubtedly are the flagship of the Polish economy.  

It has achieved 425th place in the rank, and its high location has been the result of properly chosen strategy of company development, consistency in action and operating efficiency.  

In 2007 Work Service was honoured with the statuette of the 2nd edition of the Polish Contests entitled LEADERS OF CONSULTANCY named after Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski. The reward was admitted in the Personnel Consultancy category.  

LEADERS OF CONSULTANCY is the prestigious undertaking, which selects, presents and rewards the best companies running their business at the Polish market. The assessment is performed by the independent Chapter of business experts.
