Maciej Witucki will be the president of Work Service S.A.

20.11.2015

Maciej Witucki will be the president of Work Service S.A. as of 1 January 2016 as decided by the Supervisory Board of the company. Tomasz Hanczarek, the former president and shareholder, will be vice chairman of the Supervisory Board of Work Service S.A.

Tomasz Hanczarek will be performing all the presidential duties until the end of this year. He will officially resign and pass his responsibilities over to Maciej Witucki on 31 December 2015. The Group is not anticipating any strategic changes to be made by then. Our current business strategy will be continued. Succession plans have been considered by the Company bodies for a long time. The fast growth of the company from a family business into a large multinational made its shareholders choose a new start of the development of Work Service.

I am proud to have the opportunity to develop a company of the Polish origin successful Europe-wide for the first time in my managerial career. I begin to learn even more about the company right now. As agreed with the Shareholders, I would like to put across a new strategy for the whole Work Service Group, including key business goals for the years to come towards the end of the 1st quarter of 2016 – said Maciej Witucki.

Work Service is leading the HR service sector in Central and Eastern Europe. We are present in 12 markets. It is a great success of our team that we were working to achieve for 15 years. This is, however, only the beginning of the global growth of Work Service. I am convinced that the new president will run Work Service in a dynamic, but also stable manner in the large international market – said Tomasz Hanczarek.

I am very pleased that Maciej Witucki accepted the appointment as the President of Work Service. He knows our Company very well as he has been a member of the Supervisory Board for two years.
