Change in the composition of the Management Board of Work Service S.A.

On 23 May this year, the Supervisory Board appointed Piotra Ambrozowicza to the Management Board of Work Service S.A. He will hold the position of Vice President responsible for supervision of the financial and accounting policy in the Group and the financial supervision over the Subsidiaries of Work Service Group. Mr. Piotr Ambrozowicz will replace Krzysztof Rewers, who tendered his resignation from his office.

I am convinced that his knowledge of both the industry and our company, and also the experience gained in the recent years will be very valuable for our further development - says Maciej Witucki.

 

As of 23 May this year Piotr Ambrozowicz takes over Krzysztof’s responsibilities and will be in charge of the finances and building investment and cost efficiency of Work Service Group. Piotr Ambrozowicz graduated from the Faculty of Information Technology and Management at Wrocław University of Science and Technology and the Academy of Economics in Wrocław, where he defended his doctoral dissertation in economic sciences. In the years 2006 - 2010 he joined FagorMastercook SA, where he began his professional career from the position of Chief Financial Officer, subsequently he became Vice President and Management Board Member of the Financial Committee within Fagor International Group. From 2010 to 2014 Piotr Ambrozowicz worked for Work Service S.A., where he was Vice President of the Management Board responsible for the financial policy. Subsequently, between 2014 and 2015 he took the position of CEO CEE of OTTO Polska, the employment agency within OTTO Work Force. Most recently, Piotr Ambrozowicz served as Vice President of the Management Board at OT Logistics S.A., where he was responsible for the development of the capital group and supervised the acquisition processes and their financing.
